“We had orginized two trips though the agency, about a week in Nepal and one in Bhutan. Madan was super helpful, and informative, listened to our needs and wishes and doing is best to create the suitable itinerary for us, and during our trip he stayed in touch, made sure we enjoy and helped with whatever questions and requested we had in real time. It felt we were cared for and that he did above and beyond for our expiriance. In Nepal we were lucky to have Pratap as our guide, he was super friendly, knowledgeable and made sure to adjust the days to maximise our enjoyment of the time. He was always attntive to our needs and initiated ideas for things he thought we would like. We wanted to expiriance the real Nepal and shared it with him, he did his best to show us differnt places and share stories and insights as a local.
